Orb Drift privacy policy

Playing on your device
Orb Drift can be played without joining online rankings. It stores your progress, interrupted run, scores, unlocked cosmetics, continue history, username choice and sound, vibration and motion preferences on your device. A coarse age-group choice is also stored locally; the game does not ask for your birth date.
Optional online leaderboards
Online rankings are optional and currently available only to players who select the adult age group. Joining creates an anonymous Unity Gaming Services profile. Unity receives a player identifier, chosen nickname, score and recorded run inputs used to verify the score. Your leaderboard display name (including Unity’s number tag), score and rank are public. Unity services also process network and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
Run evidence is sent for score verification. The game’s leaderboard database stores the player’s ranking and best score. Service providers may retain operational, diagnostic or security records under their policies. Anonymous profiles are tied to this device; account linking and cross-device recovery are not provided.
Advertising and privacy choices
Orb Drift integrates Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform. Depending on your region, age-group selection, privacy choices and the ad format, Google may process IP address, device or advertising identifiers, ad views and interactions, diagnostics and performance information for advertising, fraud prevention and service operation. Test versions may show demonstration ads.
No ad requests are made before an age group is selected. The Under 18 choice applies child-directed and under-age-of-consent treatment. Both groups can play the game; online rankings are restricted to adults. Google’s privacy messages appear where required, and an Ad Privacy control is available when required by the consent platform. The game does not ask players to provide a real name for their nickname.
Your first username is free. A later change requires six completed optional ads started specifically for a username change. Other ad views do not count. Progress is stored locally across sessions; failed or cancelled ads do not advance it.
Support correspondence
If you email me, I receive your email address, the message and any attachments you choose to send. I use this information to respond, resolve problems and handle privacy requests. I retain correspondence only as needed to resolve requests and meet legal obligations. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or payment details.
Deletion and retention
Local progress remains until you clear the app’s data or remove the game, subject to your device’s backup and restore behaviour. An online profile and leaderboard score remain until removed. In the game, open Leaderboard, choose Remove Profile and confirm to delete your anonymous Unity account and score. Local game progress remains.
You may also request account and associated data deletion outside the game. I may ask for information needed to locate the profile and verify ownership. I do not delete a profile solely because someone supplies a public username. Clearing app data or reinstalling before removal can make an anonymous profile harder to identify.
Some provider records may remain where needed for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Google and Unity control retention of their service records under their own policies. Deleting the game’s profile does not itself delete information independently retained by those providers.
Your choices and requests
You can play without joining rankings, adjust game preferences, use available advertising privacy controls and remove your online profile. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information. Contact pizza4evergames@gmail.com with a description of your request; I may need to verify it.
